     With our experience electrical design team & electrician, we offer customer control panel designs, parts selection, purchasing, panel fabrication and professional control panel wiring service, including wire looping, secondary wiring and panel looping.
     
  • Preventive Maintenance
     Regular servicing and maintenance is highly recommended to ensure your machines are running at optimum efficiency at all times. Our servicing team is committed to provide both mechanical and electrical services for our customers such as: parts checking and replacement, machine repairs and upgrades, test material performance to ensure they are in optimize condition.
     
  • Mechanical & Electrical Parts Replacement
    We are not just system integrator, we are also after-sales service provider to our customer. If customers face any machine breakdown or part failures, please give us a call and we are happy to assist, parts purchase, delivery and installation.
     
  • Call Out & Emergency Services
     We are always willing to hear and support our customer, and to solve their problem. We always make sure we are prepared to ensure the immediate support upon any emergency call from our customers. Either by phone or site support, we are make sure the system downtime is as short as possible.
     
  • Machining Design & Fabrication
     Our experience mechanical design team is able to help and provides design for either new system or existing system upgrade. We make sure we understand our customer requirement by translate their marketing and technical requirement into mechanical designs. We conceptualize design method, to sketch, to design, and ensure our design process meets the timely delivery schedule.
     
  • Electrical Control Design & Programming
     Electrical design team is always ready for any enquiry from customer regarding the control system requirement. In order to propose a cost saving, system output and performance optimized solution, our electrical design team will study, understand and clarify the customer’s specification. We propose electrical design, flow & specification that suits customers’ requirement, then convert the proposed ideas into electrical circuit, layout, PLC drawing & programs. We offer on site testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Besides, our experience software programmer provides software programming services for variety of PLC and SCADA brands around the market.
     
  • System Training
     We consist of training at the installation site. Facility training consists of introductory education on the material handling system as well as the associated equipment, the functioning of the material handling system including its system architecture, communication protocol, and import/export functions. We cover: hands-on training of system operations; start-up, shut down, and all basic operational steps to using the system are explained and demonstrated; all basic error messages are described, and other failure conditions and how to recover them are discussed.
